A New Pathway to Ph.D. for MBA Graduates

Indiana Tech’s Ph.D. in Global Leadership program has a new flex concentration created specifically for students who have earned their Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). The Pathway to Ph.D. program enables students who have an MBA to transfer 15 credit hours of their graduate coursework toward a Ph.D. from Indiana Tech.

MBA graduates can transfer credit for five of the six concentration courses, allowing them to begin the Ph.D. program one-third of the way to completion. This specialty is designed for students who want to maximize their MBA and take the next step in their educational journey by earning a Ph.D. in Global Leadership.

In addition to the pathway for MBA graduates, Indiana Tech’s Ph.D. in Global Leadership program also offers concentrations in higher education administration, organizational leadership, and global health. Scholarships are available.

Students must have earned their MBA within the last ten years and graduated with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0.
