This unique opportunity allows the prospect to gain hands-on experience working alongside faculty and thought leaders while enhancing their academic and professional development.
As a Doctoral Fellow reporting to a select PhD faculty member you will:
- Engage in cutting-edge research that aligns with global leadership priorities.
- Support faculty initiatives, including curriculum planning and the implementation of the spring and fall on-campus Immersions.
- Contribute to impactful projects at the Center for Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship, such as expanding research initiatives, leading workshops, and collaborating with thought leaders on innovative programming.
- Develop practical skills while supporting the writing center and academic activities. Key Benefits:
- Flexible work options: in-person, hybrid, and remote.
- Annual renewal of the fellowship for up to six years (dependent on funding).
- Estimated time commitment of 5-15 hours per week.
- Financial support: Up to $2,000 per semester (fall, spring, and summer), plus tuition coverage for up to two courses per semester. Funds can be applied toward tuition, books, or travel for Immersion.
